WASH PACKAGE FAQs
Automatic billing, no commitment, use of unlimited express lane.
Auto renew and monthly pay-as-you-go options are available
Auto renew plan is drafted out of an account monthly on the first of every month. (This plan can only be purchase with a debit or credit card.)
Pay as you go plan requires the customer to renew plan 31-days from initial purchase of plan. (This plan can be purchased with a credit card, cash or gift card.)
Monthly plans are available in 3-month, 6-monthand yearly plans.
Auto renew plans can only be cancelled by the purchaser.
Month to month plans ore non-refundable after purchase.
Cancellations/refunds for wash plans can be made at the location where the plan was purchased. Customer proof of purchase is required for any refund. A maximum refund of 30 days will be credited on any plan cancellation.

Mighty Wash employs License Plate Recognition software which allows our point of sale system to detect a customer’s wash data and allow a vehicle to access the wash tunnel.
However, specialty or personalized license plates may create difficulty for the LPR system to read them. In such cases, an RFID sticker may be applied to an unlimited plan or fleet customer plan.
A location manager will apply sticker at time of purchase to the rear driver side window in order to identify you and your plan. This sticker contains a very sensitive electronic device which will also allow the scan code reader to detect the customer data.
Tampering with the sticker will deactivate the chip and your plan will be undetectable as a result.
In the event that the car wash is closed due to extreme weather conditions, Unlimited Members are not entitled to any refunds or credits.
Rain insurance can be purchased for an additional $2.00 at pay station and is good for 72-hours from time of purchase.

Yes, however, the height limit at Tunnel Car Wash locations is 84”.
*Please note that we cannot wash trucks with “dualies” at our Tunnel Car Wash locations, with the exception of our Odessa location at 6900 Tres Hermanas where we employ a separate In-Bay Automatic wash to service the Dually and Flatbed 2-ton trucks. It is open 24 hours daily, Monday – Sunday.
Mighty Wash locations use Soft Foam brushes designed to not pick up debris which could get caught in them and possibly create damage to paint vehicle paint finish. Mighty wash. You will also find that Mighty Wash locations do not employ cloth curtains or any product in a wash tunnels that will drag on a vehicle surface that could create opportunities for damage to vehicles.
Yes, all major payment cards are accepted at all Tunnel Car Wash locations.

In most cases, lower-profile roof racks are safe to take through a Tunnel Car Wash. Our staff will inspect your roof rack to make sure it is securely attached to your vehicle and has no protruding attachments. Rear racks, like bike racks, need to be removed as the position and style of these racks have a greater likelihood of getting caught in the cloth, potentially causing damage to your vehicle, other vehicles, or the car wash equipment. Please note that we cannot wash vehicles with ladder racks such as trucks or vans.

Yes, please make sure the roof is properly latched.
We advise our customers to wash their vehicles any time they are dirty. Dirt works into the paint and deteriorates the surface of the paint due to many types of pollutants in road dirt. It is best to remove insect residue, bird droppings, and other residue as soon as possible to prevent damage to your vehicle’s paint.
Not necessarily, rags and sponges used in driveway washing inevitably become impregnated with tiny particles of grit and can scratch your vehicle’s surface. Furthermore, garden hoses typically have inadequate water pressure to remove all the soap film, letting it ‘bake’ into the finish and work its way into the paint for days afterward. In fact, professional studies have shown that the good ole driveway car wash is one of the worst things that can happen to a car’s factory paint job.
In instances where a customer acknowledges imperfections or damage believed to have occurred as result of a wash service at a Mighty Wash location the following instructions will guide you through the process.
1. A damage claim must be made an incident report must be completed within 48 hours of the wash service at the Mighty Wash location where the reported damage occurred.
2. A detailed description of the incident or reported damage is essential in order to determine direction of investigation and best resolution option.
3. To protect our customers and Mighty Wash our locations employ the use of video and photography technology which allows recordings of the wash process for every vehicle that goes through the wash tunnel from the point of pay station entry to wash tunnel exit.
This technology helps in determining the correct outcome in resolving an issue for our customers.
4. Once a determination is made to approve or deny a customer claim by Mighty Wash the customer will be contacted with instructions on how to proceed in resolving the claim.
